This is great to hear. I love going to Aquasox games. Especially the dollar Mondays. (as the name suggests, stuff from the concessions is a dollar)

The facilities probably should be upgraded, but I think they do a good job with what they've got. It really isn't practical for the city to change anything (they own the facilities) since for most of the year its used for high school teams.

The facilities consist of the high school lockerroom, just up the hill by the football field. The stadium itself doesn't have clubhouses.

I recently moved to the Everett area and grew up in Tacoma, so I have been to both Cheney Stadium and Everett Memorial Stadium. I have to say that Everett is a first class facility and the people are great. It's much better than Cheney on any given night. It's fun to see the kids come up on the farm and actually recognizing names when they go to AAA or the bigs.

8. Yep, I noticed his shimmering bald head from miles a way. A few of us approached him (20 years old or so), and he really wanted nothing to do with us. I can understand if he was doing business, or something, or understand even if he wasn't, but he was just a real dick about it. We just wanted to talk with somebody who holds our dream job.

Yeah, what's wrong with going to watch the kids you drafted and get more familiar with them? I think it's cool that we have our short A and our AAA teams both so close.

#4. sure it was Bill? There are other Bavasi's in the area, ones with strong ties to the Sox. FWIW, perhaps there was someone playing on one or the other of the teams who might have been tradebait.

Or maybe he just likes the Aquasox, too.

I went to an Aquasox game a few years back and it was very enjoyable. I wasn't even aware that there was a "Clubhouse" though. The Sox manager got tossed from the game early. He watched the rest of the game unform down the left field line and that seemed fine to the Umps.
