The only way the M's broke their losing streak was to come up against an arm-lame pitcher whose season probably should have been done before he started Sunday's game. I just hope the team is going into tonight's game against Blanton still "upbeat" after such a lopsided victory. Because that's what it sounds like, and that'd be dumb. By the same logic, based on their most recent performances, Bonderman's washed up and no organization in baseball should want him, and Roger Clemens is a junkballer who doesn't belong anywhere near the Hall of Fame.
