Damn, that was a fast game. Clearly the Mariners hitters were in a hurry to hit the bar early and pick up some Canadian chicks.

Which means they will all be hungover for tomorrow morning’s game. Except for Felix, because man-made beer cannot make Felix drunk.

I think we need another thread about the hunt for Papua New Guinea beer. Those were the good times.

Also, Kona’s Wailua seasonal release is surprisingly delicious. Wheat ale w/ passion fruit. I love it. And I usually stick to just dark beers.

At 3:30 my car died in the middle of a lane on a busy street. Between the car almost getting rear-ended, me almost getting hit by traffic, and waiting two hours for the tow truck, I had a much better time than if I’d been able to listen to the game. At least I know the car will be fixed soon. Sigh.

Yeah, at least the short time-of-game, combined with difficulty in procuring beer from Papua New Guinea, make it easy to get up in time for tomorrow’s brunchtime Felix start.
