The inundation from the Winter Olympics leaking into all areas of culture and sports isn’t nearly as throat-clawingly constant as the Summer Olympics.

Indeed. I’m actually looking forward to the ’10 Winter Games, because Vancouver is but a 45-minute drive from Bellingham. Maybe I can sneak into Bode Miller’s posse.

Which is what’s gonna totally suck for the VAN Winter Games in 2010…seeing as though CTV has the contract for them and we don’t get CTV on Comcast.
