Odie’s dead? That’s just not right. . . .

I’m just realizing, it’s been a year or two since the last time I e-mailed him . . . hard to believe it’s been that long. I was just going to drop him a line the other week, and hadn’t gotten around to it . . . too late now, which sucks, all right.

He was just about the first person I ever “met” online, twelve years ago; my opinion of him never dropped, it only ever improved, which is something to say. John Brattain, RIP.
