I saw a level line-drive swing and speed in the mold of Devon White, not a chopper. A triple and two doubles in the games I saw as well as impressive range in OF. I know he still has many hurdles to go, but I think his potential is a lot more than Endy Chavez. Just one comment on Gillies – I saw two Cactus League games in March in which Gillies started both.
