M’s on World Baseball Classic rosters

Larry Stone’s got a complete rundown o’er at the Times. 21 players on 10 provisional rosters — but none on the U.S. team.

The M’s still have that “grievance” against Felix pitching for Venezuela and Blackley for Australia (Blackley coming back from injury).

It would really be in everybody’s best interests for this grievance to be settled sooner than later.

Anybody know anything about how Blackley is doing? I haven’t been able to find much that’s reasonably current on the search engines.

That’s the first Blackley request all winter with everyone focused on Snelling’s knee.

I might be able to get something this weekend.

I think Snelling is done. He’s had way too many knee surgeries. At this point it’s not bad luck, it’s an inability run without breaking.
