I’ve been reluctant to say anything for fear of jinxing it, but the M’s haven’t made any crazy moves since the crazy Silva signing. They haven’t even been rumored to be close to any crazy moves. It’s a Christmas miracle!
Fully expecting Adam Jones for Bronson Arroyo any day now.
I was really expecting the M’s to seal up that handsome young white-man-punter-prototype-hero guy who once hit a lot of doubles, batted .355, invented professionalism, etc., but the ‘Stros beat us to him. Can you guys do a post on what “crazy moves” the M’s could possibly make with the available resources? (Emphasis on ‘AVAILABLE’ because getting RBI Baseball Tim Raines would be fierce, but that’s not an option) I mean, ‘prescience’ and ‘pre-science’ kind of go hand-in-hand with this organization.
