This is going to become a two-horse race within two weeks. And neither horse wears navy blue.

Well, at least we’ll be able to draft Stras–, wait, what? Damn it! Yup, still sucks to be an M’s fan.

What I’m having a hard time understanding is if Adam Morrison can play a full game and seasons of college and pro basketball with effective monitoring of type I diabetes why can’t Morrow throw 100 pitches every 5th day?

I’ve wondered the same thing. I’ve had type 1 diabetes for 20+ years too. It affects people very differently but well, I’m not super sure about the logic on this one

    Brandon Morrow: career 6.2 BB/9
    Miguel Batista: career 4.0 BB/9

    Neither should be closers.

Adam Morrison has been playing most of his games on the bench since he was traded to the Lakers. He last made a shot on March 9. I don’t think he’s a good example.
